Universal System of Continuous Drying
A brief description of the drying technology and equipment
The infrared technology of drying or moisture removal has a number of significant advantages in comparison with the traditional convection technology (hot air drying)
1. Efficiency i.e. less energy is required to evaporate 1 liter of water (1 kW). Heat rays penetrate into the thickness of the product, up to 10-20 mm, while the product itself and the moisture containing it are heated. The heating process is several times more intense than when blown with hot air, respectively, and the water turns into steam, very intensively. The ventilation system serves only to remove steam outside the chamber and the room.
2. Drying Speed IR technology allows you to remove moisture several times faster at a lower temperature than convection technology.
3. No Dusting If a fine fraction is present in the product, any airflow will lead to dusting and dust ingress into the ventilation system, where it mixes with steam and enters the environment. With IR technology, the ventilation system removes pure steam in which there are no impurities of the product in the form of dust particles. At the same time, the energy of this steam can be used to heat the room during the winter period.
4. Even Heating of the product throughout the drying area. Over the entire width of the conveyor, the same conditions are created for the product, which makes it possible to obtain a quality product at the outlet, not overheated or undried.
5. Sterilization of the product. Considering the fact that thermal IR rays pass through the entire thickness of the product, during drying, the sterilization process automatically takes place, destroying or inhibiting various types of bacteria, which in turn improves the quality of the product and eliminates the need for additional sterilization. The proposed conveyor system is designed for drying vegetables and other plants in automatic mode according to specified parameters.
It should also be noted that the product purge system is designed zonal manner, i.e., each tape is a separate climate zone with controlled temperature, humidity and air flow rate. By further possible arrangement retrofitting the heater elements of the drying chamber to another kind of energy source (natural gas, fuel oil, diesel fuel, etc.). If necessary, some design aspects may be changed, depending on the specific tasks assigned by the client (tapes purification systems, etc.)

Package Contents
1. Drying chamber The drying infrared camera is technologically divided into three drying zones, each zone supports its own operator-set temperature mode. In order to adjust the temperature for a specific product.
2. Touch Control Panel The control panel is designed to control the entire process. Main functions: – the ability to adjust the ventilation rat – installation of 3 temperature zones – tape speed adjustment
3. System emitters Installed emitters – the development of the company. Emitters with an increased service life of up to 10 years are capable of operating in continuous mode. Since the proposed system is a pulse type, the emitters do not experience overload in continuous operation mode.
4. Stainless steel ventilation system The ventilation probe is located above each drying zone. The ventilation speed can be set for the zone using the control panel.
5. Stainless steel reflector system A drying system inside the chamber is provided with a system of reflectors, which helps to preserve heat inside the chamber and thereby increases the efficiency of the installation.
6. The belt tension system.
7. Conveyor belt stainless or Teflon. The tape are depending on the product.
