INDIGO TECHNOLOGY – ENERGY EFFICIENT ECO INNOVATION
The foundation of INDIGO technology is the ability of water molecules to actively absorb a certain spectrum of infrared (IR) rays, similar to the solar, so-called rays “Vital Rays". Infrared rays of a certain wavelength emitted by the patented INDIGO blocks is absorbed by the water contained in the product but not absorbed by the fabric of the product. At the same time, the organic content of the product with a certain proportion of reliability is considered to be transparent for infrared rays. Thus, infrared energy is completely transmitted to the water of the product, heating it, forcing it to evaporate. This method allows to create equipment with non-comparable in the usual technologies of efficiency, practically 100% is used to bring to organic raw energy, which does not emit toxins and other harmful substances, without CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

The use of infrared “INDIGO" blocks of our own production in the dehydration (drying) of vegetables and fruits and various medicinal raw materials, saves electricity, accelerates the process, while the product itself virtually saves its properties, has a natural color and aroma, excellent merchandising, is restored when fill it with water. The introduction of such dehydration technologies makes it possible to virtually eliminate losses of agricultural products and bring them to a good quality on trade counters, without using any preservatives, stabilizers, dyes, acidity regulators, etc., which cause irreparable damage to the human body.
In the proposed method of dewatering, evaporation of moisture occurs by means of low temperature (≈ +32 – +38 С) thermal heating by infra-red rays, and moisture removal – by forced ventilation of the steam-air mixture. Inside the drying chambers, under the heating blocks “INDIGO", pairs of one on top, boxes are located with the dried raw material.
